Kalivon develops and supplies thermoforming materials and equipment for dental laboratories and clinics. Our sheets are used to produce clear aligners, retainers, splints and other removable appliances — the everyday workhorses of orthodontic and restorative practice.
What we make
Six sheet platforms, each engineered for a different clinical demand:
- QUICK® — PETG, for routine splints, trays and short-term appliances
- DURAGEN® — PCTG, where long-term dimensional stability matters
- FLEXGEN® — PCTG, for maximum elasticity and consistent force delivery
- VECTOR® — TPU, for specialised appliances and extended wear cycles
- DUALFORCE® — dual-layer hybrid: a rigid outer layer over a soft inner layer
- TRIFORCE® — triple-layer premium, for the most demanding cases
Alongside the materials we build the equipment that processes them: the Kalivon P-100 pressure forming machine and the Kalivon Trimming Robot V1, which trims aligners and retainers to ±0.05 mm.
Engineered and extruded in Germany
Every Kalivon sheet is extruded in Germany. Sheets are supplied in thicknesses from 0.5 mm to 4.0 mm and in 120, 125 and 127 mm diameters, round or square, with a three-year shelf life in unopened vacuum packaging.
Batch-to-batch consistency is the point. A laboratory that has dialled in its heating and pressure parameters should not have to re-calibrate them when a new box arrives.
Safety and compliance
Kalivon sheets are BPA-free and latex-free, and have passed biocompatibility evaluation to ISO 10993 and EN ISO 7405, including in vitro cytotoxicity, skin irritation and skin sensitisation testing. Our products are manufactured and distributed as medical devices under Regulation (EU) 2017/745.

Try the materials
The fastest way to judge a thermoforming sheet is to form one. Order a sample pack — tell us which machine you run and which appliances you make, and we will send the sheets that fit.
