Sample packs are free for dental laboratories and clinics. To make the shipment useful, tell us:

• Which appliances you produce — aligners, retainers, splints, bleaching trays
• Which thermoforming machine you run, and whether it is vacuum or pressure
• The sheet thicknesses and diameters you use today
• Your country, so we can route the shipment and quote correctly

Become a distributor

Kalivon materials are available in 16 countries and we are opening new territories. If you supply dental laboratories or orthodontic practices and want to carry the line, write to us with your market, the territory you cover and the product categories you already distribute. We will come back with pricing, minimum order quantities and sampling terms.

Technical support

Already using Kalivon sheets and something is not forming the way you expect — clouding, cracking, uneven wall thickness? Send us the material, thickness, machine model and the parameters you are running. Most cases come down to heating time or pressure, and we can usually resolve them by email.
